We do not gather any visitor information on the website – information related to our mailing list and other enquiries is separately handled via email using the email addresses published on the Contact Us webpage. Any stored personal information (i.e. forename, surname, email address, telephone and/or mobile number) collected (on behalf of Applejaxlinedancers) and held is used solely by Applejaxlinedancers and is not shared with anyone else.  It is used as a point of contact between yourself and us to provide news of forthcoming social events or classes.   All personal information is only stored on a home computer, phone or mobile device and is password protected. This is required by UK/EU law. No paper copies are held.   To comply with the GDPR law, you need to confirm by email that you give your permission to remain on our mailing list. If permission is not received by 25 May 2018, we will have to remove your contact details, including all the above personal information, which will result in you being removed from our mailing list.

No market research is undertaken on our website.

We adhere to the following guidelines in relation to our email communications: emails will clearly identify us as the sender – see addresses on the Contact Us webpage; you may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.

If you receive an email which claims to come from us but does not use this address or any published on the Contact Us webpage, or if you are suspicious that an email may not be approved by us, then please send a copy of the email to elaine@applejaxlinedancers.co.uk so that we can investigate.

During some dance events, photos and/or videos may be taken to use as dance promotional material on social media networks such as Facebook and websites. Should you wish for these not to be used on any platform you will make it be known prior to the photo/video being taken.
